Shipping & Returns

www.rz-farmtoys.nl uses a general delivery time of 4 business days, but strives to ship on the day of payment.

When a product is not in stock, you’re welcome to inquire on its availibility and/or delivery time. Delivery time of American Puller models that are not in stock will vary between 2 and 6 weeks and will be ordered after a down payment of 25% of the price.
Mammoth skelters will be shipped within 4 days after payment.

Orders are shipped by TPG post, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

0-250 gram	€2.75
250-500 gram	€4.05
500-1000 gram	€6.25
1000-2000 gram	€8.40

Shipping costs outside Europe:

0-250 gram	€3.70
250-500 gram	€7.05
500-1000 gram	€9.70

The invoice will always be send to you by e-mail.

Products are wrapped with great care in order to minimize the possibility of damage during shipment. However, www.rz-farmtoys.nl is not responsibility for damage or loss during shipment.

When desired, the product can also be send with a registered shipment. The additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Payment options & policy

Payment is due within 7 days after the purchase date, unless otherwise agreed.

Payments should be made in beforehand.
When www.rz-farmtoys.nl will need to order a product on your behalf, a down payment of 25% will need to be made. Before shipment the other 75% will need to be forfilled.

For use of Paypal we need to charge an additional 5% of the total price.

It is also possible to pay in contant at an agreed place.

Return & refund policy

After reception of the product, you may cancel the purchase within 7 days, and return the product. You must pay for the costs of returning the item and you are responsible for secure transit of the item back to us. We will not be responsible for any items lost during transport from you to us.

In case of cancellation of the purchase www.rz-farmtoys.nl will refund the paid amounts within 14 days after reception of the returned items, with exception of the shipment costs. We reserve the right to evaluate the condition of the returned products and charge for damages if necessary. This is also the case for unsufficient stamped packages.
